WHAT U SEE


I was approached by a client looking to create an online magazine showcasing London nightlife, artists and culture, replacing the modern tendency for purely promotional copy with honest opinions, reviews and candour.


The name What U See was agreed on as a derivative of the cliche, 'what you see is what you get' 


Using the name as a starting point, I developed a suitable logo with a basic brand guideline so that the company could begin to develop some online recognition.


The letters are based on the letter 'U' with the overlapping circles on top representing social circles of friends that have come together to take the outline of a human eye.
